WHAT WE DO
D&S has extensive experience in prototype manufacturing. We work closely with several engineering and design facilities to ensure that product designs are manufactured on a cost effective basis. Routine machining of parts with finished tolerances of +/- 0.001”, including parts made out of exotics.
We have a broad range of capabilities. We use both CNC and manual lathes and mills machines. As a result, we have the ability to focus on large quantity orders as well as one-off jobs.
We are specialists in turnkey manufacturing. We offer an experienced staff as well as a strong base of outside service providers to ensure that your product and quality requirements are always met.
Our team has ‘Class A’ machinists. We have the experience and knowledge to manufacture and machine a wide range of products and materials.
